Genuine Texas problem.

Genuine Texas defendants.
Genuine risk to embryo/fetus.
TEXAS OIL/GAS/CHEMICAL
TERATOGEN EMITTERS
AS
AGENTS OF MISCARRIAGE
(AKA SPONTANEOUS ABORTION)
Strategy: under the draconian new law, sue any Oil or Gas or Chemical company that emits (during normal operations, or potentially due to extreme weather events) toxins that could interfere with pregnancy, especially those teratogens linked to miscarriages.
BTW, those toxic risks are very genuine — some teratogenic/carcinogenic/toxic chemicals have been studied medically for decades — and lawsuits against toxic emitters could be strong no-BS-at-all lawsuits.
Texas allows (in the name of free enterprise at all costs) all kinds of toxic — and even teratogenic — risks that could interfere with pregnancies —>>> so it is now open season for becoming a virtuous agent of karma.
Get organized, learn a bit of science, & file your genuinely righteous lawsuits now before they repeal this crazy-ass self-own piece-of-shit legislation.
