I get that Troy Balderson losing the special election (which is still possible) would be a huge FU to Trump and help swing the House. I get that.
I also get the frustration over ANYONE who is anti-Trump (or claims to espouse principles that do not align with Trumpism) not voting meaningfully against him in a general election. It doesn’t make reasonable sense and it’s not helpful — yet people do it anyway.
But come on, folks — we’re talking about around 0.6% here. Statistical noise. I know every vote counts, but in this case, slight increases in turnout would’ve wiped any ‘green’ influence from this election.
Pick your stressful battles — I don’t think this one is worth it. Save it for ones like these:
