I continue to be amazed by my own physical strength. I lifted weights even when I was fat, but I never expected to be able to walk at 4.5 miles per hour (unconscious choice, even, some busy days at work). I never thought I would be able to look at small spaces between cars and know I could walk through them with no problem. I started out on my journey to better health and weight loss not expecting much, hoping I'd end up better off than when I started, but not believing it would work.
