This appears to be more of the typical deciding something is absolutely 100% true while it's still out there and could go either way. We pre-defeat ourselves. Right on both counts: Jumping to conclusions on the basis of one report is unwise, particularly in a situation like this one where reports change on a daily basis (at least).

There is no agreement as yet, and if we don't hear it announced in the morning, who knows? It's all just hearsay and speculation.
