OK. Please tell me if I'm the only one who noticed this.
Fox News may have used blatantly altered video of Secretary of State John Kerry, designed to cast him in a negative manner.
Come below the squiggle to talk about it.
I watch Fox News sometimes, just to get my blood pressure up and to see what the Fox News/Republic Party/Radio Rascals talking points will be for the day. For the last several days, I was absolutely disgusted at Secretary of State John Kerry's appearance.
Obvious to me was that Secretary Kerry had had heavy facial plastic surgery and appeared to be a savagely heavy user of Botox injections in his face. His face had that super smooth, plastic look that heavy plastic surgery and Botox give. I just find it very unattractive and off-putting, and that Secretary Kerry had gone so over the top made me angry.
But then today I saw Secretary Kerry on CNN. His face was not super smooth and plastic looking. To the contrary, he looked like a guy his age should look. Craggy. Wrinkled. Natural.
I just turned back to Fox News and, lo and behold, there was the plastic Kerry. Then, in the middle of my scrutiny of Secretary Kerry's face,
the image pixelated!
People, Fox News is doing the video equivalent of PhotoShopping on Secretary Kerry. I am certain of it. Everyone else in the Fox News coverage looks normal, while Secretary Kerry looks plastic and phoney. I cannot believe that is an accident.
Now, why would they do that? Well, for starters, it diminishes his message. It makes him look like a vain poppinjay - a Steve Doocy, if you will, and someone to not take seriously. It may not sound like much to you, but it certainly worked on me, and I'm an Obama/Kerry supporter. Imagine how the average Fox News viewer reacts.
Please, check it out and see if I'm right or wrong. If I am right, tell Fox News:
Stop trying to make Secretary Kerry look like that lightweight Steve Doocy!
