Mr. McCain, I would like to impart to you some of the best advice my daddy ever gave me. It is advice I continue to hand down to my children and I hope one day that they will pass these words of wisdom down to my grandchildren. It is really quite simple. It is just a few words; but they have given me a foundation on which to live my life and by which I can judge other's honesty, sincerity, and trustworthiness. What is this simple phrase?
Mr. McCain...Actions speak louder than words. I grew up hearing this, and it was not always pleasant. When I said I would clean my room and did not; actions spoke louder than words. Or in your case Mr. McCain, when you speak of honor and then run the dirtiest, nastiest campaign in my life time; Actions Speak Louder Than Words.
When I said I would do my homework, did not, and received grades that reflected my lack of work; actions spoke louder than words. Or in your case Mr. McCain, when you said you wanted a campaign on the issues, but everytime the issues become paramount in this campaign you throw a wrench in the ironworks: Sarah Palin, delaying the RNC, and now suspending your campaign; Actions Speak Louder Than Words.
When I would fight with my sister, and I have one hell of a sister, but then say how much I loved her; actions spoke louder than words. When you Mr. McCain claim to put Country First and that the campaign would not be so ugly if only Mr. Obama would do what you want him to do. Your actions do not put your country first, they put you first, in the ugly role of an abusive partner. Actions Speak Louder Than Words
I tell my children that sorry is only good the first time and if they continue the same behavior that their actions speak louder than their words and do not say nice things about them. You Mr. McCain say you want to debate Mr. Obama in townhalls and actual debates, but when it is time for a debate you run and hide; Actions Speak Louder than Words.
My actions as a child show me to have been a imperfect child, my actions as an adult I hope say better of me. Your actions in this campaign show you Mr. McCain, to be a dishonest, petulant, spoiled and abusive child and at the age of 72 I doubt that you have the ability to learn my daddy's simple lesson. So, now it is up to our Country to act, by pulling the lever for Obama/Biden on November 4th. Our action will speak louder than any words.
