From Newsweek:
Two images of classified documents were found on a phone owned by Donald Trump's valet, federal prosecutors have claimed in court.
Prosecutors will call a phone expert to show that valet Walt Nauta allegedly shared one of the images in a text message. If true, this could help convince a future jury that Trump did not secure classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, and that staff had access to them.
Nauta, who still works for Trump, is accused of helping Trump to hoard classified documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Good ol’ Waltine Nauta, the guy who puts the psycho in sycophant. He can clam up and delay all he wants in regard to the reams and reams of classified documents he appears to have helped Trump shuffle throughout Mar A Lago. But this is more grave — sharing is where the charges get closer to treason. Spying at the very least.
According to a second Newsweek article today, Special Counsel Smith is already quite annoyed by Nauta’s constant attempts to delay the documents case:
In his latest court filing, Smith accused Nauta of repeatedly switching reasons for delaying the trial, using every excuse from his lawyer's vacation to non-existent disclosure delays.
"Originally, Nauta had counted on leveraging his counsel's vacation and trial schedule to delay the proceedings. But when his counsel's trial schedule excuse evaporated, Nauta was forced to devise a new basis—that the Government's discovery is insufficient," Smith wrote.
"Nauta's latest basis for delay is...factually wrong—the Government has afforded Nauta technical support, indexing, and material not required by the Federal Rules or provided in most criminal cases," Smith wrote.

Try to delay your way out of charges of sharing classified info, pal. Godspeed to Jack Smith.
