Apgar Village in Glacier National Park sits on Lake McDonald and provides one of the most frequently used photo opportunities in the Park. During the summer, visitors are often crowded along the lake shore pointing their cameras and cell phones at the mountains. In April, however, the tourists haven’t yet started their avalanche into the Park and deer wander through the village.
