Several years ago my daughter went thru a divorce and in the process we "bought" her Jeep Liberty. With the recent news items about the gas tanks exploding in rear end collisons I was a bit concerned with the vehicle and my safety but what really got me going was Chryslers denial of the whole thing. The testing/study done by the National Highway and Safety Administration was "skewred",this only happens in High speed crashes and there aren't any plans to fix the problem and I suppose tomorrow they'll have more excuses.
51 people have died in flaming cars over the past several years and apparently that's not enough for Chrylser to do something about the problem. The point is how many people are going to die before you decide to act responsible and do the right thing Chrysler?? What ever happened to corprate responsibility for your products?? Apparently your going to wait for the class action suits and then the govt. investigation before you decide to finally take action to fix the problem with your vehicles and save lives.
In the meantime I'm going to get rid of the rolling gasoline bomb I drive to work in and never buy a Chrysler product again.
